2023 Credit Card Conversion

November 2023

Frequently Asked Questions

How will I get my statement?
If you are signed up for eStatements on your other Credit Union accounts, your credit card statement will now come as an eStatement and you will no longer receive a paper statement. If you receive paper statements for your other Credit Union accounts, your credit card statement will still come as a paper statement in the mail.

  • You can update your statement preferences at any time by signing into Online Banking, going to Member Services, and then eStatements.

When is my payment due?
Beginning in November 2023, your credit card payment will be due on the 28th of each month.

How do I make a payment?
Making a payment on your Pheple FCU Visa Card is easier than ever:

  • Sign into Online Banking or our Mobile App. Get log-in help here.

  • Click or tap on your credit card account and choose “Make a Payment”

  • If you want to pay from an account at another financial institution, you must first add that account through the A2A Transfer Form

    • In Online Banking, go to Pay and Transfer, and then A2A Transfer Form

    • In the Mobile App, tap Move Money, and then A2A Transfer Form

    • Your request to add this account will take approximately 1 business day, but you will only need to complete this step one time

    • After your request has been completed, you will see this account listed under the “from” accounts in your transfer/payment screen

  • If you do not want to make an online payment, you can:

    • Call us at (724) 834-5580

    • Stop by a branch

    • Mail your payment to:
      Pheple FCU
      708 State Rt 119
      Greensburg, PA 15601

  • All payments are now real-time, meaning that your credit line is available the moment you make your payment

What if I had automatic payments set up?
If your payments were set up through Pheple FCU, we have migrated those payment settings over. However, if those payments were set up with an external account, or through the old card portal, you will need to reestablish those payments. Please contact our Cards Department at (724) 834-5580 if you are unsure of how your payments were set up and we can help you.

How can I see past statements?
Statements will be available in Online Banking starting in December 2023. If you need prior statements, please contact our Cards Department at (724) 834-5580.

What does “Fin. Chg.” mean on my credit card statement?
That is the finance charge, or interest, for the statement cycle.

  • Please note that on your November statement, your cycle was 13 days longer because of the due date change, so your interest for that cycle may be slightly larger than normal.

Can I use the old card portal to make payments or view history?
No, effective 10/31/2023, the old card portal is no longer available, and all of your card management can be done directly through Online Banking and our Mobile App. This gives you easy access and greater control over your card. You now have access to Card Control, allowing you to turn your card on and off as needed, and benefits like Skip-a-Pay, meaning if you need to free up some extra cash one month, you can request to skip your credit card payment.
