Become a Member

If you live, work, worship, or attend school in Westmoreland County you can be a member of Pheple FCU.

All that is required of you to become a member is to make a small $5 deposit into your share savings account. You will then have access to all membership benefits of Pheple FCU. 

It’s that easy. Join Today or visit any Pheple FCU Branch Location. 

Once you join our Credit Union by opening your primary savings account, you will be directed to sign in to Online Banking, and from there you can open another type of account using the instructions below under Already a Member?

You can easily open a new account online through Online Banking or our Mobile App.

How to open an account in Online Banking:

  1. Sign in to Online Banking.

  2. Hover over “New Accounts” in the top menu bar.

  3. Choose “See Available Accounts” or “See Available Certificates”, whichever you are interested in.

  4. Click on the > next to the account you would like to open, then choose “Open Now” or “Purchase Online” (for Share Certificates).

  5. Choose how you would like to fund your new account, then click “Continue”.

  6. Review your information then click “Open Now”/”Purchase” to instantly open your new account.

  7. If you would like to order a debit card or checks (if applicable) for your new account, please contact us.

How to open an account in the Mobile App:

  1. Open the Mobile App on your smartphone or tablet.

  2. Tap “Sign In” in the top right corner.

  3. After signing in, go to the “Home” tab along the bottom.

  4. Tap “Open an Account” or “Purchase a Share Certificate”, whichever you are interested in.

  5. Click on the > next to the account you would like to open, then choose “Open Now” or “Purchase Online” (for Share Certificates).

  6. Choose how you would like to fund your new account, then click “Continue”.

  7. Review your information then click “Open Now”/”Purchase” to instantly open your new account.

  8. If you would like to order a debit card or checks (if applicable) for your new account, please contact us.
