Wire transfers are a fast, secure way to send or receive funds electronically. Pheple FCU is here to help make your wire transfer process as simple as possible.

Sending a Wire Transfer

To send a wire transfer from your Pheple FCU account, please complete our wire transfer request form. Be sure to provide all required recipient and financial institution information to help avoid delays.

Recieving a Wire Transfer

To receive a wire transfer into your Pheple FCU account, you’ll need to provide the sender with the correct incoming wire instructions.

Things to Know Before Sending a Wire

Wire transfers are commonly used for important transactions, but they are also a frequent target for fraud. Before sending a wire, take a moment to make sure the request is legitimate.

Here are a few important reminders:

  • Verify the recipient. Confirm the recipient’s identity and wire instructions using a trusted phone number or contact method.

  • Be cautious of urgent requests. Scammers often create a sense of pressure or emergency to convince you to send money quickly.

  • Watch for changed payment instructions. If you receive new or updated wiring instructions by email, call the recipient directly using a known, trusted number before sending funds.

  • Never send money to someone you don’t know or haven’t verified. Once a wire is sent, it may not be recoverable.

  • Contact us if something feels off. If you’re unsure about a wire request, reach out to Pheple FCU before proceeding.
