Entering is easy. Simply scroll down to the form below to get started. After entering your information, you'll need to know the merchant name of the subscription you switched and the date you switched it to your new card. You can submit up to 5 subscriptions at a time, but there is no overall limit to the number of subscriptions you can report.

Subscriptions must be switched from your previous Visa Debit or Credit Card to your new Mastercard Debit or Credit Card between 9/15/2025 and 11/30/2025. Report as many subscription switches as you like. No purchase necessary; click here for full contest rules.
